Ruler of Kuwait confers with Bitterlin

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Wednesday received the chairman of the French-Arab friendship society, Lucien Bitterlin. Talks included strengthening Kuwaiti-French and Arab-French relations.
