A message from Col. Gaddafi to UAE President

President Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates today in Abu Dhabi received a message from Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi on bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Gulf News Agency said that governor of the Libyan Central Bank, Taher al-Juhmi, delivered the message during his meeting with Sheikh Zayed.
