Hariri arrives in Beirut following visits to US, France

Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri arrived in Beirut today following a visit to Washington during which he held talks with US President Bill Clinton, US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and New York where he met with UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan concerning conditions in the Middle East.
During his stop in Paris, Hariri held talks with French President Jacques Chirac on Middle East peace process developments and conditional Israeli proposals to carry out UN resolution 425.
