Kuwait permits distribution of Viagra

Kuwait's government permitted the distribution of the impotence medicine Viagra. Kuwaiti Minister of Public Health Dr. Adil al-Sabih, said the Kuwaiti ministerial decision prohibits the medicine's circulation in all forms, except through a medical prescription issued by a specialist physician.
