Lebanese Premier to confer with US officials

Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri will hold talks with US officials on UN Security Council resolution 425 and the Lebanese stand pertaining to the Israeli conditional withdrawal proposals and developments in the Middle East peace process.
Hariri, who left Beirut today for the US accompanied by minister of state for financial affairs Fuad al-Sanyoura, will hold talks with UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan on resolution 425 and the Lebanese rejection of the Israeli proposals concerning the resolution.
