Sudanese people demonstrate because of frequent power outages

Sudanese citizens yesterday held a demonstration in Khartoum as a result of the suffering resulting from water and electricity cuts, as streets were closed in Barri district in the capital.
Demonstrators and the police exchanged fire, resulting in the wounding of several demonstrators, and ambulances were seen rescuing wounded demonstrators. Police were deployed in all the capital's streets to deal with emergency situations.
