Jordanian agriculture minister arrives in Israel

Jordanian Agriculture Minister Muhjim al-Khureisha arrives in Tel Aviv on Tuesday leading an official delegation on a short working visit to Israel. In a statement to an Israeli radio correspondent, the Jordanian minister said his visit is for increasing cooperation in the field of agriculture and benefiting from Israeli expertise and technology.
Israeli radio reported that the Jordanian minister's visit is intended to reactivate the agreement signed between Jordan and Israel in 1995, which provides for exporting fruit, vegetables, sheep and dairy products.
