The American minister in Cairo is asking Egypt to depend on its self

The American ambassador in Cairo Daniel Kurtzer asked Egypt, during his visit to Kafer El-Sheikh governerate, to depend on itself away from the economic aid. The ambassador confirmed "the readiness of the American aid organization to implement small projects in Egypt, pointing out to the establishment of a new relationship between Egypt and the U.S.A that is based on the participation and the commercial exchange instead of "take and give" relations.
