Palestinian minister of information replies to Bar Ilan

The minister of information and culture in the Palestinian government, Yasser Abed Rabbo, asked, "Does establishing the settlements, refusing redeployment and refusing to open Gaza airport and its harbor conform with the Oslo conventions?"
That came as a reply to statements made by David Bar Ilan, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's media advisor, who said that the Palestinian call for convening an Arab summit is a violation of the Oslo accords.
Abed Rabbo also described Netanyahu as a racist.
