Gaddafi heads to Egypt: Lockerbie and trade on agenda

Egyptian Foreign Ministry sources said that Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi, will try to boost economic ties with Egypt during his coming visit to Cairo.
Gaddafi will also hold discussions with President Mubarak on Arab and international affairs, including the stand-off over Libya's refusal to hand over two suspects accused in the 1988 bombing of a US passenger plane over Lockerbie, Scotland, which killed 270 people.
Mubarak and Gaddafi will also chair a meeting of a joint business committee to examine a series of cooperation agreements and joint investment strategies in a bid to raise bilateral trade to $1 billion, economic officials in Cairo disclosed.
