Israel found responsible for killing civilian

The April Understanding monitoring committee held Israel responsible for violating the "April Understanding" agreement in a rocket attack that killed one Lebanese civilian and wounded another.

The statement released by the committee, which concluded meetings on Wednesday at dawn, held Israel and its allied militia responsible for the way they use explosive charges against Lebanese civilians and called upon Israeli forces to avoid endangering civilians.

The committee upheld the Israeli complaints against the Lebanese resitence in Barachit and Hadatha, while noting that the Lebanese national resistance attacks are part of military operations.

Meanwhile the Lebanese resistance announced the death of Muhammad Faqeih in recent confrontation in al-Teiri district in the occupied part of south Lebanon. In a statement, the resistance said that al-Faqeih was born in al-Teiri town in 1972, was single, and lived in Burj al-Barajena in Beirut.

On Tuesday night, resistance forces attacked the Israeli positions at al-Debshe position in the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the Israeli forces renewed their aggressions on Wednesday on areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon. Lebanese security forces said that Israeli artillery positioned in Balat region shelled with heavy 155 mm artillery the outskirts of Kafra and Yater towns.

In retaliation, resistance fighters attacked the occupation position in Tallat Hamid.

Israeli forces also expelled Lebanese woman Sharifa Ismael Fares, 60, from her house in the town of Shabaa via Zamrayya crossing in the Western Bekaa. The expelled citizen said she crossed a- 5 km walk after she was told her three children will be also expelled after her son, Isrmael, left the South Lebanon Army one month earlier.
