Priority to the Egyptian products in Iraqi imports

At his arrival to Cairo on Tuesday, the Iraqi trade minister Mohammed Mahdi Saleh stated that "Iraq gives priority to the Egyptian products in the new contracts that come within the oil-for-food agreement between Baghdad and the United Nations, whose value is estimated at $3 billion."
He said that Egyptian industries were able to compete with many industries in Iraq. The Iraqi trade minister is participating in the meetings of the Arab economical unity which will started on Wednesday.
