Tunisia: Cosmetics factories number 150

The number of cosmetics factories in Tunisia increased to 150, as the export volume of the cosmetic sector increased to more than 15 million dinars ($14 million).
Statistics distributed on the occasion of the fourth international exhibition for cosmetics held in Tunis on Tuesday showed the cosmetic sector increased to $4 million, with a 15% increase annually.
The statistics showed that exports from soap and chemical detergent factories, increased to $24 million, while the total production volume of the cosmetics production sector was estimated at $72 million.
