US - Israeli nucelar weapons

Asked whether the U.S. has a double-standard toward the Israeli nuclear program, U.S. State Department spokesman James Rubin said, "We can note the Israeli Government's statements that they will not be the first to introduce nuclear weapons into the Middle East," adding that Israel has signed the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.
