Iran: Pakistan gives confidence to Arab states

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi said that, "The Arab countries became more self-confident after Pakistan's declaration of possessing nuclear weapons."
Kharazi said, "Muslim nations feel more secure under the umbrella of a muslim nuclear power country against the Israeli threats."
Kharazi asked all parties that possess weapons of mass destruction to use the self-control and be aware of the "complete responsibility toward human safety."
Kharazi said that his country does not intend to manufacture nuclear weapons and that all it has will be for peaceful purposes, adding that manufacturing nuclear weapons requires a lot of money and advanced technology.
