Rabat cultural festival opens today

The fourth cultural festival of al-Rabat city opens today with the participation of hundreds of men of letters, musicians and cinematographers from Arab, North African, European and Latin American countries. A sum of US $700,000 has been allotted for the festival which will include some 1,000 participants from 30 countries on May 30 through June 9.
