Plan to reform 75 companies in Egypt

In statements to reporters Atef Ebied, Egyptian minister of the business sector, confirmed today that the government has started a plan to reform 75 troubled companies to return them to profitability.
He said he discussed this step with the Egyptian minister of labor and with the head of the laborers' union, confirming that "after the reforms, these companies will be sold to the private sector."
