Two bombs, several dead due to fighting

The Algerian dailies al-Khabar and Liberte said that two bombs exploded simultaneously on Tuesday in Teibaza province, one wounding seven civilians and the second wounding another five.
In its Wednesday issue, the Algerian daily al-Khabar reported that two Algerian citizens were killed and a third wounded at a road block established by armed groups in Saeeda province on Monday.
Meanwhile, Algerian security forces killed three armed men on Tuesday in Amrousa in al-Bleida province, while a third was killed in Telmesan. Another two armed men were killed in Anabba province, according to the Algerian daily Liberte. The paper added that an official on the municipal council at al-Buweira was killed on Tuesday by the armed men.
For its part, the Algerian daily al-Ahrar (liberals) said the armed group on Monday fired at a coach on the mountainous road between Muftah and al-Jababera. The attack resulted in killing 8 people and many others were reported as wounded.
