Kurdish - Arab discussions start today in Cairo

Two days of Kurdish - Arab discussions with the participation of the Egyptian committee for solidarity, the Kurdish Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan began this morning.
The discussion was opened by Ahmed Hamroush, the head of the Egyptian committee for solidarity, Jalal Talabani, the secretary general of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and Massud Barzani, the head of the Kurdish Democratic Party.
Ahmed Hamroush said that the discussion will tackle the historic relations between the Arabs and the Kurds, Kurdistan's present and future within Iraq's unity, peace issues and stability in the area.
