Egyptian parliament head calls for Arab solidarity against Israeli provocation

Ahmed Fathi Serour, the head of Egypt's People's Assembly, called yesterday during a meeting held between an Egyptian parliamentary delegation and the head of the Tunisian Council of Deputies, Foad El-Mobzeh, for Arab solidarity in confronting Israeli provocation, referring to the importance of activating the Arab joint market as an outlet for comprehensive Arab unity.
Kamal El-Shazely, the minister of Egyptian People's Assembly and consultation council affairs, announced that Israel is required to implement its pledges towards the peace process, pointing out Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's warnings of the danger resulting from the collapse of the peace in the Middle East.
El-Mobzeh praised the Egyptian positions toward Arab and Palestinian issues and the peace process.
