Iraqi official in Tehran for normalizing relations

An Iraqi delegation led by acting Foreign Minister Saad Abdul Majid Faisal arrived today in Tehran to hold talks with Iranian officials on normalizing relations between the two countries.
An Iraqi official source said the visit falls in the course of a program agreed upon during the visit of Iraqi Foreign Minister Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf to the Iranian capital at the beginning of this year. During his visit to Paris on May 15, Iraqi Deputy Premier Tariq Aziz said that Iraqi - Iranian relations are improving slowly and gradually.
