US administration opposes Sheikh Yassin's visit to Kuwait

The US ambassador in Kuwait, James Larocco, expressed to deputies in the Kuwaiti Nations Council the US administration's opposition to Palestinian Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin's recent visit to Kuwait.
Larocco invited nine deputies who represent parliamentary blocs and movements to a lunch banquet and told them that his country informed the Kuwaiti government and the governments of the Gulf states Sheikh Yassin visited that such a visit affects relations and the joint interests between his country and the concerned countries.
