1,241 children victim of terrorism since 1994

The Algerian daily al-Khabar said the official statistics on terrorism show that some 1,241 children were victims of terrorism since 1994 among whom are some 189 infants.
The paper elaborated that some 422 children were killed in explosions that targeted populated areas, whereas the number of wounded and disabled children is 128 and psychologically affected children numbered 3,000.
Meanwhile, a bomb was exploded on Thursday in the woods district in the outskirts of the capital, Algiers. No casualties were reported.
The Algerian daily al-Khabar added that the Algerian security forces killed six members of the armed groups in Tezi Ozo province on Wednesday.
