Iraq should implement the UN Security Council resolutions

Jordan's Crown Prince Hassan said the Middle East peace process stands at a critical juncture. "It should be restored to its track by implementing all signed agreements," Crown Prince Hassan said.
He made his remarks during a meeting with Russian envoy Victor Posovaluke. They also focused on conditions in Iraq. Crown Prince Hassan emphasized the need to end the suffering of the Iraqi people under the UN sanctions imposed on Iraq after Saddam's forces invaded Kuwait in 1990. "Iraq must implement all the relevant UN Security Council resolutions," Hassan said.
Posovaluke worked hard to end the February crisis between Iraq and the UN Security Council over inspections of Iraqi presidential palaces.
