$130 million Center for hotels in Amman

The Jordanian monarch, King Hussein, will sponsor a project establishing a large center in the Jordanian capital Amman. This center will include a hotel, a market, a dining hall, swimming pools and parking for cars.

The company implementing the project, General Mediter Yenian Holding, said that the center, the tower and the facilities accompanying them will rate internationally on very high level, and its is expected that the project's expenditures will reach $130 million.

The company, owned by the businessman Nazmy Awgih, added that the project known as "Loroial" composed of the center, a tower and halls for conferences and banquets for up to 3,000 persons, an equipped work center, a hotel with 252 rooms, including two royal suites and 34 other suites.

The project will also include a modern market, banking facilities, a coffee shop, a restaurant, three movies, a beauty club, a bowling hall and parking for up to 700 cars.
