Egypt offers French investors opportunities to establishing joint projects

Atef Ebeid, the Egyptian minister of the general business sector, said that the delegation accompanying Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on his visit to France will offer French businessmen and investors investment opportunities in the new Egyptian arenas, among which are Toshka and the northern Suez Gulf.

Ebeid said, "We will explain to the French investors the advantages granted by the Egyptian government for investment in these areas, and we will also explain the economy."

Mubarak is accompanied in his current visit by a joint delegation from the government and the private sector to discuss establishing joint projects between Egypt and France in food, medicines and tourism.
