Jordan cancels participation in Israeli medical conference in Jerusalem

Jordan has canceled the participation of five Jordanian doctors in a medical conference to be held in occupied Jerusalem. Israeli army radio said that Jordan's health minister canceled the Jordanian medical practitioners' visit to Israel and Jordan's participation in the medical conference.
Quoting the organizers of the conference, the radio report said Jordan has decided to cancel its participation following the criticism advocated by King Hussein of Jordan to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the background of the failure of Washington's talks and the latter's refusal of the U.S. initiative for the second phase of West Bank redeployment.
Meanwhile, Israeli army radio in its commentary Sunday on statements made by King Hussein in which he regretted Netanyahu's statements that King Hussein, who has been ever careful not to show his frustration resulting from Netanyahu's policies, on Sunday changed his habits and made statements criticizing Netanyahu and to say, "Netanyahu's statements are completely contradictory concerning the peace process."
