Lebanese Foreign Ministry secretary-general calls for unconditional implementation of 425

Zafer El-Hassan, the secretary-general of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry, called on Thursday after receiving Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid on Israel to implement Security Council's resolution 425 and withdraw its troops from an occupides south Lebanon strip without any conditions.

Hassan said that the A.L.'s secretary general gives strong support to the Lebanese position toward resolution 425 and demands its implementation without any limits or conditions.

The secretary-general of the Lebanese foreign ministry added that he has discussed with Abdul Meguid the continuous Israeli shelling over the south, moreover they discussed the recent developments of the peace process in the Middle East, pointing out this shelling is related to the stumbling of the Palestinian - Israeli negotiations and it's not confined only to Lebanon.
