President Mubarak holds talks with Suharto
Egypt-Indonesia, Politics, 5/14/1998

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak held bilateral talks today with Indonesia's President Suharto, tackling the results of the meeting of the group of 15 developing nations' summit and bilateral relations between Egypt and Indonesia.

President Mubarak noted his extreme opposition to any interference in the interior affairs of other countries by human rights organizations or anyone else, as well as his approval of the Chinese president's opposition to using the matter of human rights to interfere in the interior affairs of developing countries.

President Mubarak also approved of Sri Lanka's joining the G-15 group bringing the number if members states to 17. He said that Sri Lanka will be invited to participate in the coming summit in Jamaica in February, 1999.
