Moussa to London on Sunday, Annani to Cairo on Saturday
Egypt-Jordan-UK, Politics, 5/14/1998

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa will head to London on Sunday for a brief visit during which he will meet with British Foreign Minister Robin Cook in order to discuss the outcomes of British communications concerning the peace process.

Diplomatic sources in the Foreign Ministry told ArabicNews.com that Moussa will head to Paris after his stop in London to join the delegation accompanying Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on his visit to France.

Meanwhile, the sources added that Jordanian Foreign Minister Jawad al-Anani will arrive in Cairo on Saturday, carrying a message from Jordan's King Hussein to Mubarak. This message is concerned with coordination and Jordanian - Egyptian relations.

Sources also said that al-Anani and Moussa will hold talks tackling the results of the recent meetings in London between U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
