President Mubarak to visit France on May 23

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will fly on Monday to France for his first official visit there this year, which will last for three days in response to an invitation sent by French President Jacques Chirac.
Egyptian sources told ArabicNews.com that the two presidents will hold talks tackling the peace process in the Middle East, the result of the cancellation of the planned meeting in Washington, the Palestinian approval of the U.S. initiative and Israeli refusal of the initiative.
Meanwhile, the Arab League laid the responsibility for confronting the Israeli maneuvers in the peace process, especially on the Palestinian track, on the U.S. and Russia.
