King Fahd appoints new minister of state

Saudi Arabia's King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz on Tuesday night issued a royal decree appointing Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz as a minister of state and member of the Saudi Cabinet.
The decree elaborated that appointing Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz came at the nomination of prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, the Saudi crown prince, deputy premier and chairman of the national guard. Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz's former post was an advisor at the royal court.
