Al-Azhar Sheikh asks Iraqi regime to release Kuwaiti captives

Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi, Al-Azhar's Sheikh, stated on Tuesday evening that Islamic and Arab nations must stand by Kuwait to win the release of Kuwaiti captives imprisoned in Iraq's prisons.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, spiritual leader of the Hamas movement said on Tuesday that he is prepared to visit Iraq to work on releasing the Kuwaiti captives, adding that he hopes Iraq will reconsider and reopen this file seriously.
