Moussa to address parliament on 50th anniversary of Palestine's occupation

The Egyptian People's Assembly, headed by Fathi Serour, will hold a meeting on Saturday. Foreign Minister Amr Moussa will attend the meeting and deliver a statement on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Palestine's occupation.

The minister will also inform the members about the recent developments in peace process on different tracks.

The People's Assembly Arab affairs committee, headed by Abdul Ahad Gamal El-Din will head a special meeting on this occasion, in which the members will speak on the importance of exerting world efforts to enhance the peace process and end Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories, and to prevent the Judaization of Jerusalem.

Meanwhile the committee called on the U.S. to take a firm and decisive stance against the Israeli government's obstinacy toward the peace process in the Middle East.
