Iraqi minister removed from duty

An Iraqi official source said today that Iraqi Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Abdul Hamid al-Sayegh was removed from his post. The Presidential decree released today in Baghdad to this effect did not state the reasons behind the enforced resignation of al-Sayegh or who will succeed him.
