Unofficially recorded funds in Egypt at $240 billion

Yousef Butros Ghali, the Egyptian minister of economy, said today that the volume of unofficially recorded funds in the Egyptian economy is $240 billion which can be invested in the development in Egypt.
Ghali's statements came during his inauguration of a workshop concerning small and medium size industries and in the attendance of Egyptian Minister of Social Insurance Mervet El-Talawi and the Canadian ambassador in Cairo.
Butros Ghali said small business constitute more than 99% of the total number of business outside the agricultural sector and provide 90% of jobs outside this sector.
