Iraqi foreign minister: Israeli - Turkish alliance blockades the Arabs

In statements to the opposition Egyptian newspaper El-Wafd today, Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf denied that Kuwait has sent any food or medicine to Iraq.
He said, "Resuming relations with Kuwait will be dependent on changing its [the Kuwaiti] attitude which aims at causing damage to Iraq."
Sahaf urged the Arab states to draw up a single strategy toward new developments in Turkish policy which pushed it to the alliance with Israel, adding that this alliance is a part of the arrangements to implement what is called the "comprehensive containment of the Arab world."
