Taha Yassin Ramadan calls for Arab summit

The spokesman for the Palestinian Liberation Democratic Front, headed by Naef Hoatema, announced that a delegation from the front headed by bureau member Fahd Soliman met yesterday in Baghdad with Iraqi Vice-President Taha Yassin Ramadan and discussed the sanctions imposed on Iraq and the Palestinian situation.
The spokesman reported Yassin Ramadan's call for an Arab summit for dealing with disputes and uniting Arab groups.
Meanwhile Soliman called for lifting the sanctions off Iraq, beginning with the Arab states, politically, economically and diplomatically.
This visit is the second delegation from the Palestinian Liberation Democratic Front to Iraq during the past five months.
