A.L. committee to challenge Israeli media campaigns

The Arab League council decided to set up a committee comprising the A.L. and Palestine to prepare an Arab media campaign to counter the Israeli media campaign on the occasion of the passing of 50 years since Palestine's usurpation, "Nakba."
A.L. Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid said an Arab committee has been formed to probe means of modernizing the work of the A.L. council. He said he briefed the council on the latest developments of the current Arab situations, the Middle East peace process and his talks in several Arab capitals with their respective senior officials.
