Lebanese resistance attack occupation's Kassarat al-Aroush position

The Lebanese resistance on Monday attacked vehicles of the Israeli occupation troops in the surrounding of Kassarat al-Aroush military position. In a statement, the resistance said a group of Lebanese patriots targeted the moves and a number of Israeli soldiers were directly hit.

Later in the day, the Israeli troops attacked with rockets and machine-guns the outskirts of Habboush town. Lebanese security sources said Israeli warplanes flew intensively over the central sector of south Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the April Understanding monitoring committee started its meeting at UNIFIL headquarters in the border town of Naqoura. Members of the five-state committee (comprising Syria, Lebanon, Israel, the US and France) discussed six Lebanese complaints lodged against Israel for its violation of the understanding, as Israeli occupation troops wounded a number of Lebanese civilians and caused damages to houses in several towns of south Lebanon.
