Establishing a center for the human rights in Morocco

Morocco signed yesterday an agreement with the United Nations, according to which a U.N. center for human rights in Morocco will be established.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed Oghar, Moroccan minister of human rights, and Mary Robinson, the high delegate of the United Nations for human rights who is currently visiting Morocco. Robinson said Morocco has achieved steps in the field of human rights.
