Syrian FM confers with Moratinos, Sullivan

Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa on Tuesday discussed with European Union Middle East envoy Miguel Moratinos the latest developments in the peace process and Israeli attempts to void UN Security Council resolution 425.
Later in the day al-Sharaa met with Joseph Solivan, head of the US side of the April Understanding montioring committee, and discussed with him the situation in south Lebanon and the committee's work.
