EU envoy to visit Lebanon

European Union Middle East envoy Miguel Moratinos starts a two-day visit to Lebanon tomorrow.
The EU envoy will hold talks with Lebanese Foreign Minister Fares Boueiz on developments of the Middle East peace process, and US and EU efforts to resume stalled negotiations. Moratinos will also meet with President Elias Hrawi, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Premier Rafik Hariri.
