The program for financing Arab trade reported that its profits for year 1997 reached $42,012 million, an increase of a $1 million over 1996. The general association for the program agreed at a meeting in Abu Dhabi to distribute cash profits worth $25 million, or $250 for each share, to contributors, who are registered in the program's records by the end of 1997.
