Yemeni FM to visit Addis Ababa, Saudi-Yemeni relations improving

Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdul Karim al-Iryani is finishing up a three-day official visit to Ethiopia.
Iryani's agenda in Addis Ababa includes the activation of the high joint ministerial committee. The two states will sign agreements for cultural and economic cooperation, moreover Iryani will discuss with Ethiopian officials international and regional conditions and activating African - Arab cooperation.
Meanwhile, Saudi sources confirmed that Yemeni - Saudi negotiations on specifying borders between the two countries have made noticeable progress, as both sides agree on the possibility of achieving good results on that level soon.
The sources did not say that the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Salah will pay a visit to Saudi Arabia to further progress in the border negotiations after their transfer from the joint technical committee to the highest leaders in the two countries.
Yemeni - Saudi relations have begun to improve since the beginning of year after tensions predominated over the last decade.
