A message to Gaddafi from Chad President

Libyan President Col. Muammar Gaddafi on Sunday received an oral message from the president of Chad, Idriss Deby pertaining to bilateral relations and key African issues.
The message was conveyed by President Dubi's special envoy, Adams Tojoy, upon meeting with Gaddafi.
