Asian - African legal group discusses establishing international court

Medhat El-Maraghi, the head of the Egyptian delegation to meetings of the Asian - African legal committee which concluded in India on Wednesday, said the committee decided to discuss the establishment of an international penal court for the Asian - African regions in its coming session.
Medhat El-Maraghi, who is the head of the Supreme Court (court of cassation), said the committee also decided to take New Delhi as its permanent headquarters.
