Mubarak receives Abdel Meguid, Arab ministers of interior

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is receiving today the secretary-general of the Arab League, Abdel Meguid and Arab states' interior and justice ministers.

Abdel Meguid said President Mubarak praised the Arab agreement for combating terrorism approved yesterday by the ministers, confirming that Egypt has a special interest in the agreement.

He also said that President Mubarak, as the head of the Arab summit, demanded that the Arab ministers abide with the actual implementation of the agreement.

Then Abdel Meguid added that there is great Arab support for the agreement, which will help in implementing it, in addition to combating terrorists, terrorism and extremism.

Then Abdel Meguid asked foreign countries to hand over any terrorists they shelter.
