Group calls for exhibitions in countries with free trade pacts with Egypt

The Egyptian Union of Commercial Chambers stressed the importance of the African market, especially the organization of west Africa and the Nile basin countries, as well as the southeast Asian countries, to expand the geographic area for Egyptian participation in specialized exhibitions.
The participation in the exhibitions would be on the condition that these exhibitions take place in countries that signed agreements to establish a free trade zone with Egypt.
The general union called in a communique that was presented to Ahmed El-Goweili, Egyptian minister of trade and supply, to focus during participation in external exhibitions on goods like medicines and household equipment, to create a demand for those goods.
