Blair supports Palestinian self-determination

British Prime Minister, speaking at a joint press conference with Palestinian President Yasser Arafat said, "We support the right of self-determination, including the option of statehood as part of the final status talks."
Blair also reiterated the US call for a "time out" covering unilateral actions by Israel and Palestine, "including the issue of settlements."
